Our friends, Bryan & Wendy Crawford arrived from
Scotland today to spend the next 2 weeks with us in Sicily. We started off with a celebration lunch for
Bryan’s birthday today. We bought a sampling of the wonderful anti-pasta that
you can get here, as well as a light salad, followed by yummy Cannoli for
desert; and of course some Prosecco bubbly to drink. We then did a “walk-about” downtown Catania
to show them the town followed by dinner at our favourite restaurant, Trattoria
Da Antonio. Antonio was a gracious host and offered us a complimentary glass of Prosecco to celebrate Bryan's birthday. We had a fabulous dinner and it was a great start to our
time together.
